Training Schedule

NCTT get together informally to train together at the following times. These are not formal NCTT events but opportunities to train with other club members who are members of these excellent opportunities.

Swimming

Outdoor swimming, seems a long time away begins June 1st Mon-Wed-Fri 6:30 to 7:30 am

Biking
April 14th and outside riding on Tuesdays and Thursday evening 6pm Dilki Dozzi www.sudburycc.ca

Saturday Rides to start May 9th, 9am at Delki Dozzi. You must be a member of the cycling club to participate in the organized track practices. The 1 km track is available everyday through out the week.

Running

  • Outdoor track workouts start April 22, 5 to 6:30 pm at the Laurentian University track
  • Sudbury Rocks Saturady morning 9pm from Ben Avery Gym at Laurentian University www.sudburyrocks.ca
  • Running Room Sunday 8:30 am from Running Room www.runningroom.com
